During your sessions, your therapist will assess how your body moves and reacts to changes in position, using both manual observation and balance-assessment tools. Treatment may include strength and flexibility exercises, walking pattern (gait) retraining, and vestibular or sensory feedback work to improve reaction time and spatial awareness. As you progress, we’ll safely challenge your stability with step-ups, uneven surfaces, or harness-supported activities to build real-world confidence. Every session is one-on-one and designed to move at your comfort level while supporting measurable improvement over time.
