Sessions start with a full movement assessment to identify weaknesses, imbalances, or mechanical issues contributing to your injury. Your therapist will guide you through progressive strengthening, flexibility, and endurance exercises specific to your sport. Treatments may also include manual therapy, joint mobilization, and neuromuscular re-education to enhance coordination and stability. As you advance, we’ll integrate functional drills, agility training, and return-to-play testing to ensure you’re fully prepared to perform safely and confidently.
